RadioKit collects the following personal data solely for the Beta Program:

• Full name — provided voluntarily at registration
• Email address — unique account identifier
• Radio/station name — optional
• Use case description — optional, to improve the product
• Beta license key — automatically generated
• Forum posts and feedback — voluntarily published content
• Registration date, expiry, download count — technical management

The RadioKit Diretta software does not transmit audio or personal data to RadioKit. Audio travels directly between connected clients via relay server, without recording.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Managing access to the Beta Program and temporary license
• Communications related to the beta program
• Collecting feedback to improve the product
• Delivering the promised beta tester discount at official launch
• Anonymous aggregate statistics

4. Legal Basis

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given at registration.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the Beta Program and for a maximum of 12 months after license expiry, unless earlier deletion is requested.

6. Third Party Sharing

Data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties. Stored on VPS servers in Europe (OVH, France).
